Services are available by the hour to cover small jobs or large projects. The preferred method is to involve RTCE before products are fully designed, to allow us to design-in compliance. Emergency help is also available for "completed" products that encounter failures in the regulatory approvals process. Our pre-compliance laboratory can be used to trouble shoot and optimize solutions for a wide range of regulatory approvals issues.
Avoid the expense of recruiting a full time compliance engineer, when your ongoing products require only part time compliance expertise. Contractors require full time work, then leave your project for good. RTCE can provide services as needed, while developing long term relationships, and continuous product knowledge through all stages of your product cycle. Revisions and alterations can be handled by an engineer already familiar with your product.
Services are billed hourly, and invoiced monthly. Hours are flexible, and formal approvals services are generally available 24 hours a day at local laboratories.
RTCE maintains the professional liability, general liability, and
workman's compensation insurances your company probably requires.
Policies cover "errors and omissions" as well as general commercial
liability.
